Biggest Doe Contest

Rules
_ Entry fee will be $20.00
_ Registration must be before 5:00 pm Friday
November 25, 2011
_ The contest will be held on November 26, 2011 between
the hours of ½ hour before sunrise to ½ hour after sunset.
_ The overall winner will be determined by the
heaviest weighing doe.
_ In the event of a tie, the first doe
weighed in will determine the winner
_ Decision of the weigh master is final.
_ All doe shall be weighed-in between the hours
of 7:00 am to 7:30pm at the Shiloh Fire Department.
_ Hunter must witness the weigh-in and sign
the weight verification form.
_ Doe may be harvested in
_ All
_ Antlerless deer only shall be weighed, no
button bucks allowed
_ Doe must be harvested by legal methods
(Bow, Rifle, Shotgun, Handgun,
Crossbow/with permit)
_ Doe shall be weighed as live weight
although field dressed deer will be accepted.
_ Hunter entering the doe retains possession
of the animal after weighing
_ Doe must be legally tagged and checked in
to the appropriate Wildlife Resources game division prior to weighing.
_ Hunter in possession of the doe must have
proof of the Big Game Harvest Number
_ Prize money will be awarded at a rate of
50% of all entries.
_ Prize money will be awarded after all deer
are checked in and weighed after the 7:30 pm dead line.
_ No hunter arriving after 7:30 pm will be
allowed to weigh in their harvest.
_ Each participant will be allowed to weigh in
two doe.
_
Winner may be subject to a
polygraph.
